We have listened to your feedback and would like to provide you a how-to video and a step-by-step instructions on how to use the Collectibles platform.

There are two different types of cards: player cards and legend cards.

Player cards are made up of our current VfB squad and cost between €6 and €10 per card, depending on the size of the pack.

Legend cards are very limited and can be purchased for €250. Legend cards can also be earned through our challenges.

Both cards come with guaranteed perks from our partners as well as tickets to take part in raffles for exclusive VfB products, unique experiences and partner products. We are working on integrating more partners to increase the perks for you. Each legend card is guaranteed to come with a signed home jersey of your legend.

The collectibles can be used to take part in challenges. These challenges can, for example, consist of putting together a complete team of VfB players. The current reward is a Timo Hildebrand legend card. In the future, there will be more exciting challenges and rewards to increase the additional collecting and trading character of the cards. You can find the current challenge under your profile in the Team menu item.

Note: If you take part in a challenge, you will not lose your cards. They are simply "locked" for the duration of the current challenge. This means that you cannot offer them for trade on our transfermarket. As soon as the challenge is over, your cards will be freely available to you again.

To purchase the cards and use the challenges, you must first register or log in. You have the following options: by email directly on our Collectibles website, via your existing VfB online shop login or your Google account. For the crypto community, we also offer login via one of the common wallets.

The card purchase works very simply via credit card, GooglePay or the cryptocurrency USDC. We will endeavour to integrate further payment options in the future.

As a first alternative, there will be gift cards with promo codes, which you can buy in our fan shops.

After completing a purchase, you will receive a transaction email with the purchase confirmation. The packs will be stored in your profile under Packs. You can then open them there. Purchased legend cards are added directly to your collection.

The cards and perks are displayed after you open a pack and are then added to your Perks.

Redeeming perks works differently depending on the perk.

Vouchers from partners can be redeemed directly by clicking on them. The code will then be displayed and also sent to you by e-mail.

You can receive products, such as tickets or jerseys, by entering your shipping address and desired sizes. You will be notified by e-mail on a regular basis if you have won a raffle and can claim your prize. The raffle tickets automatically enter you into the competitions.

You can swap cards via the marketplace. You can find a trade partner here via "Trade Collectibles". As long as your card is on offer, it cannot be used for challenges and will temporarily not be visible in your collection. Important: Only cards that are not in your collection can be offered. We will notify you when a transfer has been successfully completed.
